For part 2 I'm going to share my next project that I created with you. This one is probably the simplest of them all-- yet just what you need to get that cohesive look throughout your classroom.
BIN LABELING!
I keep a lot of various sensory toys in my classroom- rain sticks, wind up toys, light spinners, slinkies, etc. These make great earn items for students during our earn time, or individual earns. Before this project I had them stored in 2 different kinds of baskets, some with picture labels, some with labels with other polka dots-- not cohesive and NOT easy on the eyes. (In my opinion)
I realized I preferred one bin style over the other (but needed more of them) and that I liked the look of all the labels having the polka dot border.
This ended up being more of a "make-over" project for me, but boy did these toys need it! Now each item has it's own bin-- perfect for organizing during earn time! Check out the assortment of these labels that TCR offers!
There's no concrete price break down for this one- it would depend on how many bins you used. I get my bins from Dollar Tree for $1 each. If you start looking mid-end of July they start stocking these in great color options!
A trip to the dollar store is in my future for sure! Such a great idea!!
