You'll Never Make Playdoh the Same Way Again

Seriously. You won't. When I read Abby's post on this back in May, I never would have thought she would be changing my future with homemade playdoh forever. She got the idea from a blogless teacher friend as she put it. AH-MAZING idea! I never would have thought to try this...

MIX DUNCAN HINES FROSTING CREATIONS WITH YOUR DOH.

wut.

If you click here you can check out Abby's post on it where I first saw the idea. I finally got around to trying it this weekend for my kiddos this week. I went the bubblegum route.

All it takes is one pack along with your usual playdoh ingredients. So simple! So much more simple than mixing extracts, spices, and food coloring. Not to mention that they come in a ton of great flavors! I'm not even sure which one I want to try next!

Thank you google image search for this picture.

Abby mentioned that she paid .99 cents for her pack, but I found it for .79! What a steal! They also had a strawberry shortcake flavor. [not pictured]

I just HAD to share this with you in case you missed it when Abby shared with you. :)

Wait . . . it's not edible, though, right????? Or is it? Or does the smell make you want to eat it?
I have to try this!

hahah Kristin! Yes, the smell makes you want to eat it! I don' think it would taste very good if you ate it, but it won't hurt you if you do? Its just flour, salt, oil, cream of tartar, and the mix.
